What is this store policy on exchanges and returns?
We want you to be satisfied with your order from Hope’s Chest. If you are not totally pleased with your purchase, you many return any clothing product within 3 days of receiving the product for an exchange or store credit for ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. Bras, lingerie, panties, swimwear, accessories and discounted items are final sale. All “in-store” purchases are final sale. No cash/credit refunds will be given. The returned product must be in new, unused and unwashed condition with all tags attached, including all original documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Upon inspection of your returned item, if there appears to be any damage or signs of use to the item, we will be unable to issue a refund. Hope’s Chest does not reimburse the cost of return shipping unless you received an item in error or the item was defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken or defective we will either replace the item if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense. Please let us know of any damages within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests for replacements will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are unable to express ship replacement items.
Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 7-10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects your new order. All credits granted are for the purchaser of the product only.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 951-678-2727 within six hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Don’t worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending shipping method selected.
